A landing page that does the qualifying before the first call.
IndeHR needed a site that could introduce a fractional HR practice, build trust with small business owners, and route the right prospects into a free consultation. We designed and built it from sitemap to launch.

The Challenge
IndeHR serves a wide range of clients, including startups, small businesses, and growing teams across construction, trades, manufacturing, and agriculture, with a service model ranging from on-demand HR support to a fully managed partnership.
That's a lot of audiences, service tiers, and value props to communicate on a single landing page.
The site needed to do three things at once: explain fractional HR clearly to owners who had never considered it, build enough trust that a small business owner would hand over their compliance questions, and move qualified visitors into a free consultation without friction.
The Approach
We treated this as a conversion-first landing page with a trust layer baked in from the start:
- Sitemap-first discovery to map what the page actually needed to communicate before any design work began
- Wireframes before visuals so layout and flow were locked in before we moved to color, type, and imagery
- A complete style guide and design system — colors, typography, buttons, interactive states — so every future page extends the same language
- Custom WordPress theme (not a pre-built template) built mobile-first, tuned to IndeHR's content and conversion goals
- Lead capture wired into HubSpot so every consultation request lands directly in the sales workflow
What We Delivered
Discovery & sitemap alignment
Reviewed and finalized the sitemap against project goals before any visuals were drawn so the design served the strategy, not the other way around.
Responsive wireframes
Full wireframes for the landing page, built mobile-first and reviewed against the finalized sitemap. Structure locked before aesthetics.
High-fidelity design mockups
Full-color, high-fidelity mockups for the landing page and a branded 404 page, ready to hand off to development.
Style guide & design system
Finalized brand colors, typography scale, button styles, and interactive element patterns were documented so the system can grow with the business.
WordPress development
Built from the approved designs on a clean WordPress installation. A custom page tuned to IndeHR's content and performance needs.
Responsive build
Designed and developed for all screen sizes, so the experience is clean on a phone in a contractor's truck and just as sharp on a desktop.
HubSpot integration
Contact forms and consultation requests are wired directly into HubSpot, so leads land in the CRM without manual handling.
On-page SEO foundation
Title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, sitemap, and robots.txt were all configured at launch. Google Analytics and Search Console are integrated day one.
QA across browsers and devices
Functional testing of every page feature, cross-browser compatibility testing, and device testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Issues caught and fixed before launch.
The Result
IndeHR launched with a site that matches the caliber of the service: credible, organized, and built to convert. Qualified prospects route directly into HubSpot, the SEO foundation is in place for organic growth, and the design system is ready to extend as IndeHR adds services, industries, and locations.
