The initial audit takes 1–2 weeks. From there, each A/B test runs 2–4 weeks depending on traffic volume. Most clients see statistically significant results within 60–90 days, with compounding gains continuing month over month.
What do I need before starting CRO?
A minimum of ~500–1,000 monthly visitors to the pages being tested, access to your analytics platform (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and a willingness to act on data. If you're below that traffic threshold, we can start with qualitative CRO, including heatmaps, session recordings, and copy audits, while you scale traffic.
Do you run the A/B tests yourself?
Yes, end-to-end. We design the variants, write the copy, implement the experiment in your testing tool, QA it across devices and browsers, monitor it daily, and deliver a full results report with recommendations.
How do you know when a test has a winner?
We require 95% statistical confidence before calling a result. We also account for minimum detectable effect (MDE), run duration (minimum 2 weeks to capture weekly seasonality), and segment-level interactions before declaring a winner.
What testing tools do you use?
We're tool-agnostic. For testing: VWO, Optimizely, Statsig, or Google Optimize. Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude. Heatmaps & recordings: Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity. We work with your existing stack.
What if a test loses? Is that wasted time?
Losing tests are valuable. They tell you what not to do and generate insights that inform the next hypothesis. We document every test result (win or loss) in your CRO knowledge base so the learnings compound even when a variant doesn't win.
