A request is any discrete task: a new feature, a bug fix, a design tweak, a page build, a performance optimization. If it can be described in a sentence or two, it's a request. Larger work is broken into multiple requests.
How do I submit requests?
You submit requests through your dedicated project board. Just describe what you need and we get to work. No meetings required — though we're always available if you want to talk through something.
What does "active requests" mean?
Active requests are the number of tasks we're working on simultaneously. For example, the Build tier works on 2 requests at once. Once one is delivered, we immediately pick up the next from your queue.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, with 30 days notice. Scale up when you have a big launch coming, or scale down during quieter periods. No penalties, no lock-in.
What technologies do you work with?
We specialize in modern web stacks: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, headless CMS platforms, and common SaaS integrations. If your stack is different, book a call and we'll confirm coverage.
Do I own the code?
Yes, always. Every line of code, every asset, every configuration is yours. We deliver full repository access and documentation. No vendor lock-in, no ongoing licensing fees, ever.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you have a quiet month, you can pause and resume when you're ready. Billing pauses too — you only pay when we're actively working.
