A request is any discrete design task: a social graphic set, a landing page, an email template, a banner ad series, or a brand asset. If it can be described in a brief, it's a request. Larger work is broken into multiple requests.
How do I submit requests?
You submit requests through your dedicated project board with a brief and any reference materials. No meetings required — though we're always available if you want to talk through a creative direction.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver whatever your workflow needs: Figma files, PNG, SVG, PDF, video-ready exports, web-optimized assets. Source files are always included.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, with 30 days notice. Scale up when you have a big campaign coming, or scale down during quieter periods. No penalties, no lock-in.
What design tools do you use?
Figma is our primary tool for UI and web design. We also work in Adobe Creative Suite for print, illustration, and motion. All deliverables come with full source files.
Do I own the designs?
Yes, always. Every design file, illustration, icon, and asset is yours. Full ownership transfers on delivery. No licensing fees, no restrictions, ever.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you have a quiet month, you can pause and resume when you're ready. Billing pauses too — you only pay when we're actively designing.
