Move fast.
Lose nothing.
Everything transferred. Nothing lost.
A complete migration package — from the first crawl to post-launch monitoring.
Full Site Crawl & Redirect Map
We start with a full crawl of your existing site — every URL, every status code, every canonical tag, every backlink target. Then we build a redirect map that preserves 100% of your SEO equity through the transition.
Content Transfer & Inventory
Every page, post, image, and metadata field migrated and verified. Nothing left behind, nothing duplicated.
Platform & Infrastructure Setup
New platform configured from scratch — hosting, CDN, environment variables, CMS structure, and deploy pipelines — before a single content file moves.
Zero-Downtime Go-Live
Full staging environment, DNS cutover during off-peak hours, and real-time monitoring at go-live. Your users never notice a thing.
30-Day Post-Launch Watch
Search Console, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and organic rankings — watched daily for 30 days. Any anomaly is fixed at no extra charge.
No ranking dropped. No downtime. Ever.
Four stages. One launch window. Zero surprises.
Audit & Inventory
Know exactly what you have before you move it.
We crawl your entire existing site — every URL, response code, title tag, meta description, canonical, and internal link.
Architecture & Redirect Planning
New URL structure, every redirect documented.
We design the new URL architecture and build a complete 301 redirect map — old URL to new URL, every single page.
Content Migration & Build
All content moved. All metadata preserved.
Every page, post, image, and metadata field migrated to the new platform on staging. Content is QA'd against the inventory — nothing missing.
Launch & Verification
Live. Verified. Rankings intact.
DNS cutover during your lowest-traffic window. Post-launch crawl, Search Console updates, and 30-day monitoring.
Results we're proud of.
Real sites. Real companies. Real results.

If your site can't grow with you, move it.
Whether it's a CMS swap, a rebrand, or a performance overhaul — we've done it.
Escape WordPress — without losing a ranking.
Moving from WordPress, Squarespace, or a legacy custom build to a modern stack? We've done it dozens of times. Zero SEO drops, zero downtime, and a new platform your team actually enjoys using.
New name, new domain — same search authority.
Rebranding means domain changes, URL restructures, and the very real risk of wiping out years of SEO work. We manage the full technical migration so your rebrand launches strong.
Your old site is costing you conversions.
Slow load times, poor Core Web Vitals, and a bloated CMS are a silent conversion killer. We migrate you to a performance-first stack — and prove the lift with before/after benchmarks.
Not sure if a full migration is the right move? Let's audit your current site first.

Migration by the numbers
Common questions, straight answers.
Everything you need to know. Can't find your answer?
Ask us directlyHow long does a website migration take?
Most migrations take 3–6 weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on site size, platform complexity, and content volume. A small 20-page site can be done in 2 weeks; a 500+ page WordPress site with complex taxonomy takes closer to 6. We give you a precise timeline after the initial audit.
Will we lose our SEO rankings during a migration?
Not with proper execution. We crawl every URL, map 301 redirects for every page, preserve all metadata, and run post-launch verification crawls. Most clients see rankings stabilize within 2–4 weeks. We've run 40+ migrations with zero permanent ranking loss.
What platforms do you migrate to and from?
We migrate from WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Wix, and legacy custom builds. We migrate to Next.js (our recommendation for SaaS), Webflow, and Sanity-powered stacks. We recommend the platform based on your team's content workflow, not what's easiest for us.
What happens to our existing content?
Every piece of content is inventoried before the migration begins — pages, posts, images, metadata, structured data, and file attachments. You review the content map and sign off before we move anything. Nothing is deleted from the old site until the new site is live and verified.
Can you migrate without any downtime?
Yes. The new site is built and tested on a staging environment while your existing site stays live. The only transition is the DNS cutover — typically under 5 minutes — which we schedule during your lowest-traffic window (usually between 2–4am on a weekday).
What if something breaks after launch?
Every migration includes 30 days of post-launch monitoring at no additional charge. We watch Search Console, run weekly crawls, monitor Core Web Vitals, and track organic rankings. If anything surfaces — a redirect chain, a missing canonical, a crawl error — we fix it immediately.
