Interfaces users love.
Results you can measure.
Everything to ship with confidence.
Every UX engagement covers research through delivery — no gaps.
Interactive Prototype
Clickable Figma prototypes that simulate real user interactions — test before a single line of code is written.
User Research & Testing
Interviews, task analysis, and moderated usability sessions to surface what your users actually need — not what stakeholders assume.
User Journey Maps
End-to-end journey maps that trace every touchpoint, emotion, and friction point — so design decisions are grounded in how users actually experience your product.
Design System & UI Kit
Tokens, type scales, spacing rules, and reusable component atoms — a single source of truth that keeps your product visually consistent as it grows.
Interaction Specs & Handoff
State diagrams, transition specs, and micro-interaction documentation — every hover, loading, success, and error state defined so engineers never have to guess.
Tested before a line is coded.
Five stages, two revision rounds each, validated by real users.
Discovery & Research
Understand users before designing for them.
We begin with stakeholder interviews, a review of analytics and session recordings, and — where possible — direct user interviews to map real pain points, mental models, and goals.
IA & User Flows
Structure before style.
We map every user journey and define information architecture — navigation hierarchies, task flows, and edge cases — before any wireframe is drawn.
Wireframes & Prototype
Lo-fi clarity. Clickable confidence.
Lo-fi wireframes lock down layout and hierarchy. We then build a clickable prototype in Figma — real enough to test with users, fast enough to iterate cheaply.
Hi-Fi Design & Testing
Polished. Tested. Proven.
Full visual design — brand-aligned, hi-fidelity, all viewports — followed by moderated usability testing sessions with real users. We iterate until the SUS score says so.
Results we're proud of.
Real sites. Real companies. Real results.

Built for teams that can't afford to guess.
Whether you're pre-launch or post-product-market fit, we meet you where you are.
Turn trial signups into paying customers.
Your product is exceptional — your website should say so. We design conversion-focused sites that build trust and drive free trials and demos.
Your website should look as credible as your expertise.
Buyers check your website before they reply to your outreach. A polished site closes deals faster. We build B2B sites that create authority.
Make a first impression that opens doors.
Investors, partners, and early customers judge you in seconds. We design startup sites that project ambition, clarity, and confidence — even at Series A.
Not sure if website design is the right starting point? Let's figure it out together.

We cut our onboarding drop-off rate by 41% in the first month after launch. Virdis didn't just make it look better — they made it work better.

“The usability testing sessions were eye-opening. We thought we knew our users — we didn't. The redesign fixed issues we didn't even know existed.”

“Our SUS score went from 62 to 89 in a single redesign cycle. Investors noticed. Users noticed. Revenue noticed.”

UX by the numbers
Common questions, straight answers.
Everything you need to know. Can't find your answer?
Ask us directlyHow long does a UX/UI design project take?
Most projects run 3–6 weeks from kick-off to final Figma handoff, depending on scope. A focused flow redesign can be as short as 2 weeks; a full product UX overhaul may take 6–8 weeks.
Do you conduct user research?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a discovery phase that includes stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and — when possible — direct user interviews or surveys to ground decisions in real behaviour.
What deliverables do I receive?
You receive full Figma source files including user flow diagrams, lo-fi wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups at all breakpoints, an interactive prototype, a component library, and an annotated developer handoff package.
Do you perform usability testing?
Yes. We run moderated or unmoderated usability sessions on prototypes before finalising hi-fi design, so you ship interfaces that real users can navigate — not ones that only pass internal review.
Can you redesign an existing product?
Absolutely. We audit your current product for friction points, drop-off patterns, and usability issues, then redesign with a clear brief and measurable success criteria so you know what 'better' actually means.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions at the wireframe stage and two rounds at the hi-fidelity stage. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
